Pets are permitted when approved by landlord. A $500 per Pet Lease Fee must be paid prior to any pet occupancy. Noisy, aggressive, or destructive pets must be removed or tenant will be subject to eviction. The Maximum number of pets per unit is 2. (Breed exclusion: Chow, Pitbull, Bull Terrier, Doberman, Mastiff, or other breeds with known behavioral problems.)
There is a $20 monthly fee per pet during tenants’ occupancy.
No pets shall be allowed that would prevent management or maintenance from gaining entrance to apartment.
