Deposits are held for 72 hours. Afterwards, they are no longer refundable and will be held until the lease is fulfilled and returned when the apartment is cleaned and readied to move-in condition. Deposits will be returned within 14 days of move out.

RENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH, PAYMENTS AFTER THE 5^TH ARE LATE, AND A $50 LATE FEE APPLIES. Eviction notices may go out after the 5^th.

A 30 Day notice is required before moving out.

Water is provided by a sub-metering device. The deposit is $75 and billing will occur every 2 months.
