Parking and Garage Privileges
Parking is reserved in the garage. Tenants may secure a space for an additional fee of $75 monthly based on availability . Exclusion: No boats, campers, or untagged vehicles anywhere on property.
Building owners do not police the parking garage spaces. If you find another vehicle in your parking space, it is your responsibility to contact a tow truck to have vehicle in question removed.
Proximity readers are provided for parking garage usage. There will be a $75 charge to replace any lost or stolen reader. The $75 charge will be deducted from your deposit if not paid upon vacating.
When tenant is moving out, unit must be left in move-in ready condition, including paint/wall repair, and all appliances cleaned inside and out.
Tenant must sign a property move-in condition disclosure form.
Tenant is required to carry a Renters’ insurance policy adding F.T. Cantrell Wagons LLC as ‘added insured’.
No smoking is allowed in or on the grounds of 196-198 West Main St. properties.
